Thomas & Co Lawyers Ltd. is a well established law practice that commenced business in 1966 when the original partner opened what was then only the second law office in New Lynn and just the 6th in West Auckland
We are located in the Commercial centre that is the Gateway to the green belt West Auckland area that was Waitakere City. Principals and staff are local residents so know the area and people and are thus able to give practical advice on options available to you.
As part of the ongoing development of the firm to continue to improve our services to you our clients the practice was incorporated as Thomas & Co Lawyers Limited from 1 April 2016. The firm has three directors. Our original principal Don Thomas will continue as Managing Director. The other 2 directors are our long serving staff members Michael Richardson, overseeing Property and Commercial matters, and John Gandy overseeing all Litigation matters. The new firm will continue to bring our dedication and experience to all areas of practice as we have since that 1966 start up.
